USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Installing and using Magic Lens Max indicate your acceptance of this license agreement.

TRIAL VERSION

The trial version of Magic Lens Max will display a TRIAL mark in the lens view. You are entitled to use the trial version for evaluation purpose for a period of 30 days. Once the 30-day trial period has expired, you must either purchase a license to continue to use the software, or remove it from your computer.

After purchasing Magic Lens Max you will receive a license key to unlock the trial version and convert it into a full licensed version.

LICENSED VERSION

There are two basic types of licenses issued for Magic Lens Max:

1. Single-User License, which allows you to install and use Magic Lens Max on a single computer.
2. Multi-User License, which allows the installation and use of Magic Lens Max on any computer in any location within the same company or organization, as long as the number of computers using the software does not exceed the size of the Multi-User License.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Sublicense, rent or lease the software or any portion of it.
2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the software or any portion of it.
3. Publish, give away, or sell the license key in any way.

DISTRIBUTION

The Magic Lens Max TRIAL VERSION may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified in any way.
